This privacy policy is applicable to the Tchiki Mail app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Jan Svoboda (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application acquires the information you supply (e-mail address, credentials) to provide e-mail client functionality. The Service Provider may use the information to contact you with important notices.
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device, unique device ID, IP address, and operating system for analytics and app stability purposes.
All data transmitted by the Application is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS) between your device and the e-mail service providers.

The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app sessions, device type, OS version and country. This data is used solely to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.
The Application uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically report crash data in order to improve app stability. Crash reports contain technical information about the device and the state of the app at the time of the crash, but do not contain any personal data.
You can opt out of Analytics data collection via your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Users can request deletion of their data by removing their e-mail account within the app settings or by uninstalling the Application. This process deletes all locally stored data, including credentials and messages.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted.

Aplikace Tchiki Mail od vývojáře Jan Svoboda (j7software) bere ochranu vašeho soukromí vážně.
Tchiki Mail je e-mailový klient a nespravuje vlastní uživatelské účty na serveru. Pokud chcete smazat veškerá data spojená s používáním aplikace, stačí v nastavení aplikace odebrat svůj e-mailový účet nebo aplikaci odinstalovat. Tím dojde k okamžitému a trvalému odstranění všech uložených přístupových tokenů, hesel a stažených zpráv z vašeho mobilního zařízení.
